AI search and visibility strategy Monitor how models interpret our content and adjust structure, messaging, and authority signals accordingly Identify high-impact query spaces and build content systems to win them at scale Design repeatable content workflows that allow the team to ship high-quality pages quickly and consistently Ensure content is structured for model interpretation using schema, metadata, internal linking, and clear information hierarchy Manage internal linking and authority distribution across large site sections Performance monitoring and experimentation Work closely with web, engineering, and product teams to maintain a technically healthy, answer-ready site Support implementation of schema, tracking, and site structure updates Ensure authority efforts support long-term visibility, not just short-term traffic Increased visibility across search, AI answers, and generative results Improved conversion from visitor to demo or pipeline action 2-6 years of experience in AEO, SEO, GEO, content systems, growth, or digital experience roles Strong understanding of how modern search works, including generative search and AI answer engines Comfortable working in technical environments and collaborating with engineering and product teams Able to think in systems and workflows, not just individual pages or campaigns Familiar with site architecture, schema, internal linking, and content structure best practices Data-driven and comfortable using analytics to guide decisions Curious about AI, automation, and how language models interpret content Comfortable moving quickly and iterating based on real-time performance signals Experience our comprehensive benefits with family medical, vision and dental coverage, a competitive base salary, and eligibility for equity awards and discretionary bonuses or commissions.
