Job Title \u2013 Sr Specialist, Engr Draughting, ING, P\u0026B\n\nCity, Country - Dahej, Bharuch, India\n\nJoin dsm-firmenich as Reliability Engineer and take the lead in optimizing global logistics operations across a high-volume network. You\u2019ll shape transportation strategy and drive innovation across a system that handles over 5 million pallet movements annually. This is your opportunity to make a measurable impact in a purpose-driven company.\n\nYour key responsibilities:\n\n * Preparation of Engineering Drawings as per Process Requirement for New Projects and Modifications.\n * Conversant with SAP PM (Planned Maintenance module)\n * Conversant with Autocad for drawing and 3D Modelling of Plant.\n * To prepare the Project schedule and Conversant to the MS Projects and Project scheduling software along with analysis tools like Power BI , MS Excel , MS Word etc\n * To prepare for FL (functional location structure), create material master, Asset list etc.\n * Create task list and prepare maintenance plan in SAP PM module.\n * Prepare BOM and upload it in SAP.\n * Create Min \u2013 Max spares inventory and Inventory Management\n * Convergent with Engineering store and spare management\n * Preparing a maintenance plan which will improve equipment performance and be more reliable.\n * After implementing the maintenance plan, the Maintenance Engineer supports the Maintenance manager to monitor and evaluate the performance of the PM Plan\n * To facilitate the process to set up or review a maintenance plan, to lead the team through the approved methodology, to balance the level of detail versus the available time.\n * To support Maintenance manager in specifying maintenance policy, technical requirements, Asset portfolio management and contract performance indicators and MIS preparation , data Compilation and Analysis .\n\n\n\nWe bring.\n\n * Empowerment to make meaningful contributions while upholding ethical standards.\n * Recognition and celebration of your efforts and accomplishments.\n * Opportunities for growth and advancement for those who embrace innovation and take initiative.\n * Opportunity to build a career making a significant impact on billions of lives, with the freedom to shape your own path.\n * Responsibility and accountability in living company values and driving sustainable solutions.\n * Supportive environment where individuals are empowered to progress and contribute to meaningful change.\n\n\n\nYou bring.\n\n * Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech / M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.\n * 3 - 7 years of relevant industrial experience.\n * Sound engineering knowledge.\n * Knowledge in SAP PM module, AUTOCAD, 3D Modelling software.
