Job Description

• Relevant years’ experience in Billing - Oil and Gas Industry preferred
• Team Lead Experience- 30-50 FTEs
• Manage, resolve complex billing processes, including billing, reconciliation, and vendor invoicing
• Analyze trends, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions to improve financial accuracy and operational efficiency
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with suppliers, brokers, and internal teams.
• Oversee CPI metrics- managing timeliness and accuracy in invoice processing
• Proficiency in MS Excel 
  Review supplier payments placed on AP Hold after processing, verify reasons for the hold, and ensure timely resolution through effective coordination with stakeholders.
• Manage transaction processing by overseeing billing and invoice activities (AR and AP), ensuring accuracy and compliance within the ERP system.
• Oversee execution of the full billing lifecycle, driving timeliness, efficiency, and adherence to organizational standards.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for billing operations, providing strategic guidance and support to team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Validate invoice information to confirm alignment with supporting documents received from suppliers and customers, ensuring financial integrity.
• Supervise customer invoicing and supplier payment preparation, maintaining accuracy and operational effectiveness.
• Resolve discrepancies and remove holds to guarantee timely and accurate supplier payments.
• Confirm adjustments reflect correct financial and operational details, ensuring compliance and integrity across processes.
• Monitor incoming emails daily to identify required actions related to assigned transactions, delegating tasks effectively to the team.
• Respond to requests, resolve issues, and ensure professional communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
