Job Description

Role: Senior Marketing Analyst
Description Role Overview
Responsible for owning the day-to-day reporting and performance tracking across all marketing channels — including paid, owned, and earned media. This role serves as the core operational analytics engine for the marketing team, ensuring data accuracy, visibility, and actionable insights to optimize campaign execution. You will work closely with channel managers, campaign owners, and marketing operations teams to build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and identify performance trends that drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Own and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cadence across marketing channels (paid media, email, social, web, SEO, etc.)
Develop and manage self-serve dashboards in tools such as Power BI
Track and analyze channel-level performance metrics including: Impressions, clicks, CTR, Conversions, CPL, CAC, Engagement and retention metrics
Monitor campaign execution data and identify anomalies, gaps, or optimization opportunities
Partner with marketing teams to translate performance data into actionable insights
Support marketing operations through: Campaign tracking frameworks, Automate reporting workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort, Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to support ongoing campaigns and experiments
Key Skills
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI)
Hands-on experience with Excel/Google Sheets (advanced functions, pivot tables)
Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs
Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Ability to clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources
SQL skills for querying and extracting datasets
Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
8 -9  years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, or campaign analysis
Experience working with multi-channel marketing data
Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

Bachelors - Business Analytics, Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Statistics, Masters - Data Science

Certifications
