Job Description

Description Role Overview
Responsible for building, executing, and optimizing multi-touch marketing campaigns across the full customer lifecycle in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Focus on building journeys, segmenting audiences, and optimizing performance to drive engagement and conversions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and measurable results.

Required Platform Skills
Working knowledge of Salesforce platform objects, campaigns, contacts/leads, reporting, permissions, and CRM data relationships.
Understanding of Marketing Cloud Advanced / Marketing Cloud Next, including campaigns, campaign flows, segment flows, content, testing, activation, and performance tracking.
Familiarity with Agentforce for AI-assisted campaign creation, content generation, audience recommendations, and optimization insights.
Understanding of Data 360 / Data Cloud concepts, including unified profiles, segmentation, activation, identity resolution, consent, and data freshness.
Hands-On Marketing Ops Skills
Ability to build, test, and activate campaign flows and segment-triggered flows.
Ability to define and validate audience segments, suppression logic, consent rules, eligibility, and exclusions.
Working knowledge of SQL for advanced segmentation, audience validation, and troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of AMPscript / Handlebars for personalization, dynamic content, and conditional logic.
Ability to QA campaign content, personalization, links, tracking, previews, and send readiness.
Ability to analyze campaign results and apply optimization recommendations.
Agentic Marketing Skills
Ability to write clear campaign briefs and prompts for AI-assisted campaign creation.
Ability to review AI-generated content, audiences, and recommendations for accuracy, brand fit, compliance, and business intent.
Ability to define AI guardrails for tone, offers, audience rules, consent, and approvals.

Qualifications
10+ years of experience in multi-touch marketing campaigns and marketing automation
Hands-on expertise in SFMC Advanced
Knowledge of HTML/CSS, AMPscript, and SQL for troubleshooting and personalization.
Strong analytical skills with tools like Excel or Google Analytics.
Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
