Role: Sr. Specialist, Advertiser Operations
Work Location: Mumbai (Malad)
About Role:
As a Sr Specialist – Advertiser Operations, you will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and scaling digital advertising campaigns across brand and performance objectives. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, hands-on campaign management experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results. You will play a critical role in ensuring campaign profitability, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Roles & Responsibility:
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Execute and manage brand and performance campaigns across native, display, search, and social platforms.
Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and overall profitability.
Implement A/B testing strategies and data-driven optimizations.
Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and campaign setup.
Performance & Profitability Management
Maintain strong margin control and campaign-level profitability.
Analyze performance trends and identify revenue growth opportunities.
Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and implement corrective strategies.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with clients across the campaign lifecycle—from onboarding to reporting.
Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable campaign strategies.
Provide regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations.
Industry & Platform Expertise
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem, including native advertising.
Work on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Bing, Yahoo, and other display/native networks.
Stay updated on digital advertising trends, targeting capabilities, and optimization techniques.
Operational Excellence
Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Ensure timely reporting and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Publisher Ops, and Product.
Required Skills:
1-3 years of work experience in managing ad operations of popular networks such as Google, Facebook, Display, Bing, Yahoo and others 1+ years of experience in Account Management, Ad-operations and Client Servicing.
Strong understanding of performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, conversion tracking.
Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with sharp analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
Self-motivated, team player and persuasive with an inclination to learn and grasp new concepts
Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail.
