Sr. STEM Associate

• Develop training programs by actively collaborating with the other STEM Leads
  
• Conduct Teacher Professional Development interventions (online & offline) and perform impact assessment of the same
  
• Curate high quality content for Math & Science education, relevant to students and teachers
  
• Codify Aavishkaar's best practices in Science & Math by documenting, recording and identifying relevant materials
  
• Coach & mentor, a group of Fellow STEM Associates to develop their vision of excellence in teaching & leading classrooms
  
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience/relevant experience
  
• An entrepreneurial zeal to work together to scale Aavishkaar’s work
  
• Team player attitude and good organizational development skills
  
• Knowledge of the education landscape of India
  
• A go -getter attitude and willingness to go extra mile to make our mission a reality
  
• Well -versed with software such as Microsoft Office & Google Suite
  
• Ability to communicate with clarity, conviction and humility
  
• Willingness to work in an ambiguous environment and learn on the job
  
• Openness to feedback and an urge to learn continuously
  
• Strong Oral & Written communication (Preferably in both Hindi & English)
  
• Attitude and aptitude for problem solving
