Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Systems Engineer to join our IT Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows Server Administration, hands-on experience with WSUS, SCCM, and Intune, and a passion for delivering reliable infrastructure support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts in a hybrid setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (minimum 5 years of experience required).


• Manage and support WSUS, SCCM, and Intune (minimum 4 years of hands-on experience).


• Diagnose and resolve server performance issues with strong technical expertise.


• Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell for automation and monitoring.


• Create detailed reports and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as part of documentation.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and security.


• Support foundational information security initiatives.


• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Understanding of cloud technologies (preferred).

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in Windows Server Administration


• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting


• Hands-on expertise in WSUS, SCCM, and Intune


• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for server performance issues


• Effective verbal and written communication skills


• Foundational knowledge of Information Security


• Ability to create reports and document SOPs


• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)


• 5+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university


• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)

Work Environment

• Hybrid work model: 3 days/week in Pune office


• 24x7 rotational shifts
