Job Description - Sr TA Executive




Position: Senior Executive – Recruitment
Experience: 3–5 years
Department: Human Resources
Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-time







Role Overview



The Sr. Executive – Recruitment will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes and driving learning & development initiatives across the organisation. The role requires strong stakeholder management, training coordination abilities, talent acquisition expertise, and experience in executing HR development programs.








Talent Acquisition & Recruitment



  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and final selection.

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.

  • Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, job descriptions, and hiring plans.

  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, dashboards, and MIS reports.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation collection, and induction coordination.

  • Manage offer negotiations, background verification, and joining follow-ups.

  • Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for management, including daily/weekly/monthly hiring status.

  • Track and report Talent Acquisition team closures on a monthly basis, ensuring visibility of recruitment performance.

  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to offer generation, hiring funnel, TAT, and closure ratios as required by management.







Requirements



Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.



Experience:



  • 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

  • Proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.

  • Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring is preferred.



Skills & Competencies:



  • Strong sourcing skills through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.

  • Experience in screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.

  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring dashboards.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic data analysis).

  • Ability to prepare and maintain MIS reports and recruitment trackers.

  • Experience working with ATS/HRMS systems.

  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.



Preferred:



  • Experience in hiring for Sales, Operations, Technical, and Support functions.

  • Exposure to recruitment analytics and reporting.

  • Team handling or mentoring experience will be an added advantage.
