Manage dashboards, track hiring SLAs, and provide weekly and monthly hiring reports. Deliver exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and professionalism. Drive interview calibration, feedback processes, and data‑driven recruitment decisions. 10+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 years focused on software hiring in the semiconductor or high‑tech industry. Strong understanding of semiconductor software roles, technologies, and market dynamics. 2 to 3 years of experience in Workday is preferred. Deep expertise in hiring for senior‑level and niche technical roles. Excellent stakeholder management and consultative communication skills. Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment. Experience using industry‑leading ATS and sourcing platforms.
