Sr Technical Project Manager

Team Overview 

The Project Management team offers leadership and follow-up to all digital production activities within our projects, offering our internal clients (agencies) high quality units (emails, banners, interactive panels, interactive presentations, websites, and apps) for most of the top brands in the pharmaceutical industry (often for other industries as well). 

Introduction:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for executing activities related to end-to end project management that ensure a successful delivery (within time and budget, with the quality expected).  Those duties include requirement review, planning, estimating, resource allocation, oversight of development and quality assurance tasks, risk management. 

You will also help the agencies of our network on projects to come, by validating feasibility and offering guidance. 

Additionally, you will manage the communications with our counterparts at the agencies and the expectations of the different stakeholders in a way that the scope, cost, time, risks, and changes are well understood and accepted. 

When required, you will act as the point of contact of a specific agency team to better understand their project pipeline and plan resources accordingly. 

You will work on process and metrics review or definition, as well as evaluate their impact and suggest improvement/correction actions. 

In addition, you will act as mentor to other Project Managers in their career path, inspiring them and sharing knowledge with them. 

Finally, when requested, you can also help on talent acquisition activities by conducting interviews. 

Minimum qualifications: 

• 5+ years in successful project management working for different locations and clients. 

• Proven experience on digital marketing and web development. 

• Experience managing resources and coordinating timelines, allocations, forecast, and deliverables. 

• C1-equivalent English skills or higher. 

Preferred qualifications: 

• Programming or digital design background. 

• Project Management or Scrum Master certification. 

• Knowledge of the digital production environment and tools, Content Management Systems is a plus.
