Job Summary
The Trainer – Cyber Ops, Cyber Security, Cyber Smart &
IT and Network Essentials will be responsible for delivering high-quality
technical training to students and trainees under Skill Development Programs.
The trainer will equip learners with industry-relevant knowledge and practical
skills in cybersecurity, cyber operations, digital safety, networking, IT
infrastructure, and emerging cyber technologies. The role includes curriculum
delivery, practical lab sessions, assessments, project mentoring, industry
engagement, and placement support.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Training Delivery
- Deliver
classroom, virtual, and hands-on practical training in Cyber Operations,
Cyber Security, Cyber Smart, and IT & Network Essentials.
- Develop
lesson plans, training schedules, and instructional materials.
- Conduct
theory and practical sessions aligned with project and industry standards.
- Ensure
effective learning outcomes through interactive and experiential learning
methodologies.
- Support
students in understanding fundamental and advanced cybersecurity concepts.

8. Industry Engagement & Placement Support
- Collaborate
with placement teams to support student employability.
- Conduct
interview preparation and technical mock interviews.
- Organize
guest lectures and industry interaction sessions.
- Maintain
relationships with cybersecurity companies, IT service providers, and
networking organizations.
- Support
apprenticeship, internship, and placement initiatives.
9 . Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain
attendance records and training documentation.
- Prepare
training reports and progress updates.
- Update
MIS systems regularly.
- Ensure
compliance with project guidelines and quality standards.
- Support
audits and inspections.
Educational Qualifications
Essential
- Bachelor's
Degree in Computer Science/ BE/ B.Tech, Information Technology, Cyber
Security, Electronics, Computer Applications, or related field.
Preferred
- Master's
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or
related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum
2–5 years of teaching, training, or industry experience in Cyber Security,
IT Infrastructure, Networking, or Information Security.
- Experience
in Skill Development Programs, Technical Education, IT Training
Institutes, Engineering Colleges, or Corporate Training environments is
preferred.
