Job Description - Sr Travel Consultant

JOB DISCRIPTION – SR TRAVEL CONSULTANT

Responsibilities and Duties: -

Handling travel related customer’s inquiries, know the exact requirements & guide them with best suitable holiday product (Flights, Domestic & International Holiday Package, Hotel booking, Cruise booking, Travel Insurance, Passport, Foreign currency & Visa assistance etc.).
Design the presentable quotations, itineraries and share with the clients.
Take timely follow -ups with clients, resolve their concerns and get the confirmations with payments. Visit at client’s office / home, if required.
Co -ordinate with operation Team for further booking confirmation & getting final confirmation vouchers.
Handover of confirmation vouchers and explain respective details to clients before Travel.
Provide assistance for Visa application process, if required.
Take feedback once clients come back and update to operation team.
Keep in touch with clients before Travel, on Tour and after the tour ends. Ask for references.

Key Skills : -

Good Communication Skills in English, Hindi & Marathi language, Co -ordination Skills, Converting query into Business, Internet Research, MS office & Computer Skills, Negotiation, Mathematics, Travel Arrangements.

Requirements

Eligibility: -

Travel & Tourism related Diploma / Degree course OR
IATA course pass out (Preferred) OR
Minimum 2 -year experience in Travel company.
