Sr UI/UX Designer

• Complete end-to-end UI/UX design for web-based Ed-Tech Platform with blockbuster in-market results.
  


• Lead complexity of creating a platform that should be absolutely delightful for kids while delivering perceived academic value to parents.
  


• Have a global aesthetic - the product will expand globally in 3 months time and aesthetic should transcend cultural boundaries to deliver a true global experience.
  


• Run a good design process - frame problem statements, conduct primary and secondary research (including user research), iterate and validate diverse approaches to a solution, review with relevant stakeholders, run design sprints and finally monitor the execution to evolve the solution
  


• Develop wireframes, detailed mockups and prototypes and provide them to developers to work.
  

Requirements

Experience: 3 - 5 years

CTC: 20 - 30 LPA

Candidates from eComm/Product firms only (B2C)

Bachelors / Masters in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Ideal candidate has:

1. Strong portfolio of design projects around user-centered design (Portfolio must be provided in the CV or separately)
   


2. Prior experience in User Research, User Interface Design, Interaction Design and Information Architecture
   


3. Experience working on Mobile user experience
   


4. Hands-on experience with Sketch (UI design), Zeplin (red-lining and front-end execution), Marvel& Invision (prototyping) OR similar softwares
   


5. The understanding of how design impacts development (and vice-versa) and creates interactions and designs which are easy to implement technically
