This role is focused on elevating the quality, clarity, and consistency of user experiences across a fast-scaling global product ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of UX research, product thinking, and design execution, helping shape how users interact with complex, high-traffic SaaS products used by millions worldwide. The environment is highly collaborative, remote-first, and fast-moving, requiring strong ownership and the ability to turn insights into tangible product improvements. You will partner closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify friction points, validate assumptions, and guide experience decisions with evidence-based insights. The role blends hands-on research, competitive analysis, and strategic UX influence across multiple teams. Your work will directly impact usability, product consistency, and customer satisfaction at scale.
Accountabilities:
Drive continuous improvement of user experience by identifying usability gaps, analyzing user behavior, and shaping product decisions through structured UX insights. Conduct competitive research and UX audits to benchmark product experiences and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Partner with product and design teams to refine user journeys, improve interaction flows, and embed UX best practices early in the development lifecycle.
- Conduct competitive analysis and UX audits to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement
- Synthesize insights from user feedback, analytics, support data, and usability testing into clear UX recommendations
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to define user flows and improve end-to-end experience design
- Support usability testing activities, including hypothesis definition, study design, and results interpretation
- Contribute to design systems and UX standards to ensure consistency across products and teams
- Create UX artifacts such as journey maps, wireframes, and experience documentation to support decision-making
- Advocate for user needs across teams by grounding discussions in research and behavioral insights
- Identify recurring usability issues and proactively recommend scalable solutions
Requirements:
This role requires strong experience in UX research or product design within digital product environments, along with the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product improvements. The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and strategic, with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- 3–6 years of experience in UX research, product design, or related fields
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and product thinking
- Proven experience conducting UX audits and competitive analysis
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into structured insights and recommendations
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Engineering
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence product decisions
- Ability to identify both obvious and non-obvious usability issues in complex product environments
- Familiarity with usability testing methods and UX research best practices
