Sr Web Engineer (WEB-02)

We are looking for developers well verse in Web technologies using Java (and/or) Python, HTML5, Javascript and has a practical understanding of how to build websites. You will be working on responsive and user friendly web/mobile sites. 

Responsibilities: 

- Develop 3-tier web applications, you will be required to contribute on both HTML/JS and on Backend technologies.
- Develop charts/graphs for reports on internal dashboards.
- Deliver high quality, legible and well tested code.
- Develop user friendly, responsive and mobile centric web pages.
- Integrate with existing systems and automate manual processes.
- Keep thinking about the user and constantly innovate to improve the overall user experience.
- Production systems monitoring and support.

Skills (Required):

- Hands on work experience in developing websites.
- Good understanding of Core Java or Python, HTML5, Javascript.
- Good understanding of Algorithms, data structures, and other basic computing principles.
- Good fundamentals in UI/UX principles.
- Good understanding of software architecture of contemporary web/mobile sites, session management, web security, etc.
- BE/MS or other relevant education qualifications.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, languages.

Skills (Good to have):

- Hands on experience in more than one component in the stack (ex. Mobile programming, web programming, etc.)
- Web design experience with an aptitude to create good looking sites.
- Prior experience in a startup.
