? Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Windows Server Administrator to manage enterprise infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across Windows, AD, and virtualization environments. This is an operations -heavy L3 role involving incident management, patching, and automation.

? Key Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server (2012–2022) environments
  
• Provide L3 support, RCA & incident resolution
  
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO
  
• Handle patching & vulnerability management (WSUS/SCCM)
  
• Manage VMware vSphere (VM lifecycle, HA/DRS)
  
• Monitor systems, optimize performance & capacity
  
• Manage backup/restore & DR readiness
  
• Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting
  

✅ Must -Have Skills

• Strong Windows Server Administration (L3)
  
• Hands -on Active Directory & Group Policy
  
• Experience with VMware vSphere
  
• Knowledge of Networking fundamentals
  
• Experience with Backup/DR tools (Veeam/Commvault)

• Monitoring tools (SCOM/SolarWinds)
  
• Azure/Hybrid Cloud exposure
  
• Security & compliance knowledge
