Job Description - Sr. XM Consultant

A Day in the Life:
  • Quickly become an expert on the Qualtrics
    Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions.

  • Serve as main point of contact for clients
    during implementation and manage the project to completion.

  • Design and document functional and technical
    requirements and help scope projects by understanding timelines and work.

  • Solve complex technical implementations both
    independently and in a team environment.

  • Clearly communicate solutions back to clients
    through calls and email.

  • Train and teach clients on specific and new
    aspects of the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related
    solutions.

  • Continually adapt and develop in -depth product
    knowledge and learn new technologies.

  • Be a key stakeholder in building ZILL’s
    relationship with the client.

  • Managing implementation activities, including
    time commitment, budget and risk management.

  • Providing support to the project team ensuring
    all project documentation is current and up to date.

  • Responding to client issues and ensuring
    resolution of issues.

  • Project
    Management:
    Oversee the end -to -end
    project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery. Ensure
    projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
    standards.

  • Client Management: Cultivate strong relationships with client, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. understand client objectives, challenges, and opportunities to develop tailored solutions.


Requirements

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience as an Implementation
    consultant.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical
    consulting, customer success, or in a similar client -facing role in the
    technology sector.

  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and
    cloud -based solutions, with the ability to grasp complex software and
    learn new technologies quickly.

  • Strong foundational knowledge in data
    analytics and interpretation.

  • Certification or deep experience with the
    Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and
    delivering complex technical implementations from inception to completion.

  • Experience in establishing and maintaining
    strong working relationships with clients at all levels of an
    organization.

  • Prior experience working with international
    clients.

  • Knowledge of Survey Programming tools like
    Decipher and Confirmit as well as jQuery, Javascript/HTML shall be an advantage.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer
    Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a master’s degree is
    preferred.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
    skills, with the ability to explain technical details to a non -technical
    audience.

  • Robust problem -solving abilities, analytical
    skills, and a detail -oriented mindset.

  • Agility in learning and adapting to new
    technologies and changes in a rapidly evolving industry.

  • Solid track record in project management, with
    the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining
    quality and meeting deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part
    of a collaborative team environment.
