Sr. Zoho developer

Experience & Knowledge:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in Salesforce and/or Zoho CRM development.
  

• Solid understanding of CRM business processes (Sales, Support, Marketing).
  

• Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce, LWC basics).
  

• Experience in developing workflows, automation, and custom modules in Zoho CRM.
  

• Familiarity with Zoho Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator apps.
  

• Knowledge of integration techniques using REST/SOAP APIs.
  

• Basic understanding of data migration, cleansing, and management tools (e.g., Salesforce Data Loader, Zoho Import tools).
  

Technical Skills:

• Programming: Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, Deluge
  

• Tools: Salesforce Data Loader, Zoho Flow, Postman, Git
  

• CRM Platforms: Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud), Zoho One Suite
  

• Reporting: Zoho Reports, Salesforce Reports & Dashboards
  

• Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, third-party connectors
  

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  

• Salesforce Admin or Developer Certification (optional but preferred).
  

• Zoho CRM Developer Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
