Job Overview: As a Senior Staff Engineer at Netradyne, you will lead the development of cutting-edge software solutions that drive our next-generation products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable software applications in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:​

• Design and implement software applications using C, Shell Scripting.​


• Lead code reviews and mentor junior team members.


• Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements.​


• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments.​


• Implement best practices for software development. 

Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.


• 10+ years of experience in software development.


• hands-on experience working with embedded systems, linux kernel device driver development, or operating systems.


• Hands-on experience in hardware bring-up using interfaces such as USB, ADC, GPIO, SPI, I2C, Wi-Fi and similar peripherals.


• Proficiency in embedded C, Shell Scripting (Python scripting would ne added adbantages).


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in working with Product or SaaS Companies.


• Able to Contribute Individually and Mentor Juniors as well.


• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
