Staff Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Data Engineer to work closely with enterprise clients in designing, building, and optimizing modern data solutions. This role blends strong technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities, requiring the ability to deliver scalable data integration and virtualization solutions while ensuring performance, reliability, and user adoption. The ideal candidate will play a key role in troubleshooting complex issues, enabling seamless data access, and guiding clients through best practices and implementation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting, training, and support for data integration and virtualization solutions
  


• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across data platforms and environments
  


• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement tailored data solutions
  


• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and product training sessions
  


• Support integration with enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud platforms
  


• Handle escalations and proactively enhance system performance and efficiency
  


• Contribute to documentation, knowledge base, and best practices
  


• Build strong client relationships and manage expectations effectively
  


• Assist in developing customized deployments based on business needs
  


• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Integration, Data Virtualization, or Data Warehousing
  


• Strong expertise in SQL and relational/analytical databases
  


• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data integration tools
  


• Knowledge of JDBC, XML, and Web Services APIs
  


• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  


• Experience with version control systems like Git
  


• Exposure to Big Data or NoSQL technologies (e.g., Hadoop, MongoDB)
  


• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and system integration
  


• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
