ID:\n\nJR91630 STAFF ENGINEER , Design Verification\n\nOur vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.\n\nMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.\n\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\n\n * Own and execute functional verification for block\u2011level and full\u2011chip designs from specification through tape\u2011out\n * Develop, execute, and maintain verification plans, test strategies, and coverage models based on design specifications\n * Architect, develop, and maintain SystemVerilog / UVM\u2011based testbenches, test vectors, and assertions\n * Run directed and constrained\u2011random simulations and debug functional failures to root cause\n * Drive coverage closure (functional, code, and assertion coverage) and identify verification gaps\n * Work closely with design engineers to understand RTL, review specifications, and resolve design issues\n * Provide verification status updates, summaries, and risk assessments to project stakeholders\n * Collaborate with cross\u2011functional teams including design, validation, product engineering, and methodology teams across global sites\n * Contribute to the development and improvement of verification tools, flows, and methodologies\n * Provide verification support to design projects by simulating, analyzing and debugging pre-silicon full chip designs.\n * Develop Test cases/Stimulus to increase the functional coverage for all DRAM and emerging memory architectures and features.\n * Participate in developing verification methodology and verification environments for advanced DRAM and emerging memory products.\n * Co-work with international colleagues on developing new verification flows to take on the challenges in DRAM and emerging memory design.\n * Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership within the verification team\n * ### Effective and compliant use of Micron\u2011approved AI tools to augment verification activities, improve execution efficiency, and support continuous improvement. \n\n### \n\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nSemiconductor Design Engineer 4\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
