This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ERP professional to play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics solutions. As a senior technical leader, you will drive architectural decisions, guide engineering teams, and help deliver business-critical systems that support complex organizational needs. Accountabilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions aligned with business and technology objectives
- Provide technical leadership across ERP initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solution delivery
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
- Drive system integration, customization, and optimization efforts across ERP platforms and related enterprise applications
- Establish and promote engineering best practices, code quality standards, and solution governance frameworks
- Review technical designs and implementations to ensure performance, reliability, and long-term sustainability
- Mentor engineers and support the growth of technical capabilities across teams
- Contribute to strategic planning, technology roadmaps, and enterprise transformation initiatives
Requirements:
- Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP platforms and enterprise application ecosystems
- Strong expertise in ERP architecture, development, customization, integration, and deployment
- Proven experience leading complex enterprise technology projects and technical teams
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles, enterprise architecture, and system design best practices
- Experience integrating ERP solutions with business-critical applications and third-party platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to address complex business and technical challenges
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and influence technical decision-making across projects
- Experience working in large-scale digital transformation or enterprise modernization programs
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
