This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Staff Engineer, Salesforce Health Cloud in India.
This role is a senior technical position focused on designing and delivering scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions that support modern healthcare and patient management systems. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex healthcare requirements into robust Salesforce architectures covering care plans, patient profiles, care teams, and clinical workflows. The position requires deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce development while also contributing to solution design, technical leadership, and architectural decision-making. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to ensure secure, compliant, and high-performing implementations aligned with healthcare standards. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and driven by innovation in digital health solutions. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about building enterprise-grade healthcare platforms on Salesforce.
Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions including care plans, patient profiles, assessments, and health timelines.
- Translate healthcare and business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures and technical solutions.
- Develop high-quality code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, following Salesforce best practices.
- Lead technical design discussions, solution architecture, and ensure alignment with platform capabilities and healthcare standards.
- Ensure secure, compliant implementations aligned with industry requirements such as HIPAA and healthcare integration standards (FHIR, HL7, EHR).
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing code reviews, technical direction, and best practice recommendations.
- Support UAT, production deployments, and release management activities across environments.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement in system performance and reliability.
Requirements:
- 5.5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and solution delivery, with strong focus on Health Cloud.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud features including patient data models, care management, and clinical workflows.
- Experience working with healthcare integration standards such as FHIR, HL7, and EHR systems.
- Strong ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex debugging and integration scenarios.
- Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, or solution architecture roles.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
