Job Title: Staff Engineer

Job Description:

Our Payments & Acquiring group is focused on building world-class payment

processing solutions. We strive to provide seamless and secure payment experiences

for our customers. You will work on building and supporting high availability, real-

time systems that are the backbone of our payment processing services.

Required skills and experience:

● A strong technical background in software engineering and architecture, with

experience in modern programming language

● Ability to work independently with very little direction, taking full ownership of projects.

● Identifying blind spots, anticipate challenges, and prioritize work effectively

● Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Educational Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant experience.

(IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS, MNIT must) & only product work experience

Tech Stack:

● Python (Django / FastAPI Preferred)

● Kafka

● JavaScript / NestJS (preferred)

● Kubernetes

● AWS

● Mongo

● RDBMS (Postgres Preferred)

Job Level: Staff

Preferred or required relevant years of experience: 8+ ideally
