Staff Network Engineer

Design & Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of complex network projects, focusing on high availability, security, and scalability. Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years operating at a Senior/Level 4 escalation capacity. Proven previous experience in 24/7 escalation operations, including participation in on-call rotation management and leading major incident calls. Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable (e.g. CCNP Enterprise/Data Center, or equivalent Arista/Cloud certifications). Exceptional ability to perform detailed packet-level analysis and utilize network monitoring and performance tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences. | Network Access & Security | Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine), Cisco Wireless infrastructure. | | Core Routing & Switching | Advanced expertise in LAN and WAN technologies; deep understanding of Routing and Switching principles, including BGP and EIGRP. | | Data Center Networking | Advanced DC Technology (e.g., Fabric Path), VXLAN on Arista platforms. | | Network Management | Comprehensive knowledge of Cisco Catalyst Center (formerly DNA Center), IPAM and Infoblox service management. | | SD-WAN & Optimization | Hands-on deployment and management of Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela), experience with WAN Optimization technologies. | | Cloud Networking | Direct experience implementing and managing Cloud Interconnects and hybrid networking solutions with Azure, AWS, and GCP. |
