Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurses (GNM / B.Sc Nursing) to provide high -quality patient care and support healthcare teams in delivering effective medical services. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a patient -centered approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and record patients' health conditions and vital signs.
  
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
  
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
  
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to medical staff.
  
• Provide pre -operative and post -operative nursing care.
  
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
  
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and healthcare practices.
  
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid when required.
  
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care and recovery.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of medical equipment and nursing stations.
  
• Support patient comfort and promote a positive healthcare experience.
  

Required Qualifications

• GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc Nursing.
  
• Valid Nursing Registration Certificate (Mandatory).
  
• Registration with the appropriate Nursing Council.
  
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
