Location

• Based in HSR Layout, Bangalore (on-site role)

Education

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline

Experience

• 7–10 years of overall professional experience with a strong product engineering background
• Prior experience as part of a founding or early-stage engineering team in a startup environment
• Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and own products from early stages to production

Technical Expertise

Backend & Programming

• Python: 5+ years of hands-on, production-level development experience
• Web Frameworks: Strong experience with FastAPI or Flask for building scalable APIs and services

Databases & Storage

• Deep expertise in PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB
• Strong understanding of data modeling, performance tuning, and reliability

Messaging & Streaming

• Proficiency with asynchronous and event-driven systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Celery

DevOps & Infrastructure

• Solid experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on exposure to infrastructure automation and cloud-based deployments
• Familiarity with production monitoring, reliability, and scaling practices
