The team plays a key role in enabling intelligent automation and decision-making across Micron\u2019s memory and storage portfolio.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\u00b7 Drive the design and deployment of intelligent, ML-powered solutions that enhance semiconductor design, product engineering, verification \u0026 validation, and manufacturing workflows\u2014leveraging large-scale, unstructured to deliver robust, domain-specific AI systems from problem definition to production.\n\n\u00b7 Architect and implement agentic AI systems that integrate with Advanced Modeling tools, EDA tools, design environments, and product/manufacturing test platforms to automate tasks such as spec translation, design verification, product validation, and test log root cause analysis for components and system-level products.\n\n\u00b7 Establish and promote Best Known Methods (BKMs) for deploying LLMs and agentic systems in production environments, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and maintainability.\n\n\u00b7 Benchmark and evaluate model performance using structured evaluation frameworks, and continuously refine models through prompt tuning, RLHF, and feedback loops.\n\n\u00b7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams\u2014including process engineers, design engineers, product and test engineering teams, and data scientists\u2014to define high-impact problem statements and deliver scalable AI solutions.\n\n\u00b7 Communicate technical insights and solution strategies clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and visualizations.\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nData Scientist 5\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
