ID:\n\nJR93297 Staff/Principal Analog Design Engineer\n\nOur vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.\n\nMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.\n\nResponsibilities include, but not limited to: \n \nAs a Staff Design Engineer in the Non-Volatile-Engineering NAND Flash design team at Micron Technology, Inc., you will contribute to the development of memory products that are best-in-class in terms of die size, performance, reliability, and power. \n\n\u2022 Responsible for the architecture, design, implementation, and validation of analog and mixed\u2011signal circuits used in NAND Flash. The role spans the complete design lifecycle. \n\u2022 Design and develop analog and mixed\u2011signal circuits such as Charge pumps, amplifiers, voltage regulators, data converters (ADC/DAC), bandgap references, sensor interfaces, and power management blocks. \n\u2022 Translate system\u2011level requirements into detailed circuit specifications, architectures, and schematics. \n\u2022 Perform transistor\u2011level design and optimization to meet performance, power, area, noise, and reliability targets. \n\u2022 Conduct circuit simulations (DC, AC, transient, noise, Monte Carlo, corners) to verify functionality and robustness across process, voltage, and temperature variations. \n\u2022 Take part in multi-functional key features evaluation. \n\u2022 Validate design performance and functionality by running block and chip level simulations using standard industry simulators, and create clear and effective documentation. \n\u2022 You will ensure integration quality by validation of parasitic effects \n\u2022 You may be coordinating these design efforts of a small team. \n\u2022 You will be working closely with other functional teams to evaluate, analyze, and improve NAND die size, performance and power consumption. \n\u2022 You will also work and support the efforts of groups such as Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly and Marketing to proactively design products to optimize all manufacturing functions and assure the best cost, quality, root-cause analysis, reliability, time-to-market, and customer satisfaction.\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nSemiconductor Design Engineer 4\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
