Job Description:
We are looking for a
dynamic candidate with strong communication skills who could
manage student and instructor operations. Daily activities include
managing classes on a daily basis, ensuring smooth experience of
both teachers and students, ensuring seamless daily
workflow.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
â Daily communicate with the faculty and make the day -to -day timetable and communicate it
to the operation team.
â Faculty feedback needs to be taken once the batch is completed or during the batch.
â Faculty are provided mementos on the last day or after the batch is completed
â Send reminders to faculty to resolve student doubts on the ArivuPro App.
â Ensure all the travel, stay, learning materials, shirts, and equipment are arranged a day
before the project for the faculty.
â Ensure all the data are set up on Zoho as per the SOP.
â The Operation Management Team oversees the arrangement and readiness of the
classroom, ensuring that writing materials, seating, and teaching aids are properly set up
for optimal learning.
â Handle the setup of courses on the LMS platform, making certain that the online platform,
including the recording feature, is functional.

â Proficiency in schedule management, resource allocation, and logistics coordination.
â Hands -on experience with ERP, Zoho Sprints/Projects, and Google Workspace (Sheets,
Docs, Drive).
â Ability to coordinate effectively between faculty, students, and internal teams.
â Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
â Comfortable using Learning Management Systems (LMS), online teaching platforms, and
apps for communication and scheduling.
