• Set up HR software (HRMS) for clients
  
• Configure payroll, leave, attendance & compliance
  
• Help companies migrate their HR data
  
• Train HR teams on using the system
  
• Support clients during implementation

• Initial 2 weeks training will be conducted at Whitefield office (Bangalore)
  
• Post training: On -site Mode in Kormangala

Requirements

•  Who can apply?
  

  • 6 months – 1 year experience in:
    
    • HR Operations / Payroll / Compliance
      
  • Worked on any HRMS tools (like Keka, GreytHR, Darwinbox, etc.)
    
  • Basic knowledge of:
    
    • PF, ESI, TDS
      
    • Payroll processing
      
  • Good communication & Excel skills
