Requirements

As a Senior Recruiter – Startup Hiring (US Clients), you will:

• Own Full -Cycle Recruiting – Source, screen, and close top tech and business talent for high -growth US startups.
  
• Specific expertise includes nurturing passive talent pool of start up passionate engineers, FTE Hiring,  US Citizens/Permanent Residents Hiring
  
• Drive Client Success – Partner with founders and hiring managers to design hiring strategies aligned to growth goals.
  
• Leverage AI & Data – Use AI tools and insights to boost efficiency and ROI while maintaining a human touch.
  
• Adapt & Innovate – Thrive in a startup -like setup with flexibility, autonomy, and measurable impact
  
• Collaborate & Mentor – Share best practices and help nurture the next wave of top recruiters.
  

• 10–15 years of experience in US Recruiting, preferably in startup or consulting environments
  
• Strong in Talent Acquisition and/or Client Account Management
  
• Entrepreneurial & Metrics -Oriented – You love agility, ownership, and measurable results
  
• AI -Aware & Curious – You harness automation while keeping the human touch
