Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Informatica Cloud + Data Governance Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in managing cloud-based data platforms and ensuring strong data governance practices. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for leveraging Informatica Cloud to streamline data integration processes while ensuring that data governance policies are effectively implemented to maintain data quality, integrity, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Informatica Cloud Management:

Design, implement, and manage data integration workflows and ETL processes using Informatica Cloud.

Develop and optimize cloud-based data pipelines for smooth data processing across multiple platforms.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud data integrations, performance bottlenecks, and cloud resource utilization.

Data Governance Implementation:

Ensure the development and enforcement of data governance policies and standards across cloud-based data environments.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define data stewardship, metadata management, and data privacy frameworks.

Monitor and enforce data quality and security controls to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including data architects, engineers, and business analysts to define and implement data governance strategies.

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for tracking data quality, governance compliance, and integration performance.

Documentation & Training:

Create comprehensive documentation related to data governance processes, integration methodologies, and data flow architectures.

Conduct training sessions to promote data governance best practices across the organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in Informatica Cloud including Data Integration, Data Quality, and Cloud Data Integration tools.

Hands-on experience with Data Governance frameworks and tools.

Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.

Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Informatica Cloud and Data Governance.

Familiarity with Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Data Security policies.
