Responsibilities



  • Having good market knowledge & Product knowledge.

  • Capable to handle to dealer & distributor.

  • Good Exposure in distribution management.

  • Capable to achieve target.

  • Business Expansion.

  • Planning and executing market communication and promotional activities.

  • Responsible for managing distributor sale for assigned territory.




Qualifications

Technical Skills Required : -

















  • Candidate shall be passionate, self -driven and team player.

  •  Adaptability-Create/ share/ adapt good practices, open to feedback, dealing with complexity & ambiguity.

  • Assertiveness

  • Collaborative and Result Oriented.

  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.


Experience Required : -


  • 8 years of experience in distribution / Channel sales.

  • Experience in similar industry.

  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Willingness to travel and work with diverse team of professionals.

  • Age minimum 30 years.
