We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Steward to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across the dining, kitchen, and service areas. This role involves supporting the wait staff, attending to customer needs, ensuring all service stations are stocked, and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.

The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, physically fit, and enjoys working in a team-oriented, fast-paced hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and clean tables, including setting up linens, tableware, decorations, and condiments.
• Greet and seat customers, serve water, and assist with beverage service.
• Keep menus clean and ensure they are presented to guests appropriately.
• Stock service stations with napkins, utensils, trays, and condiments; support wait staff during service.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently between customer visits.
• Participate in opening, closing, and cleaning routines.
• Scrape, wash, and store dishes, pots, pans, and glassware.
• Sweep, mop, and polish kitchen, bar, and dining areas.
• Transport soiled linens to designated areas for cleaning.
• Assist with inventory unloading and stock organization.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must meet the minimum legal age requirement for alcohol service (if applicable).
• Friendly, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Physical stamina to stand and move throughout shifts.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic organizational and multitasking abilities.
