Store Coordinator

Job Description:

 Inventory Oversight & Documentation

• Maintain master records of material movement across sites


• Reconcile physical vs. system stock reports, flag discrepancies


• Ensure timely GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and issue documentation

2. Coordination with Sites & Vendors

• Liaise with site storekeepers for stock updates and replenishment needs


• Coordinate dispatches, returns, and inter-site transfers


• Track vendor deliveries and escalate delays or quality issues

3.  System & Compliance Management

• Update online systems with accurate stock data


• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and audit requirements


• Support internal and external audits with required documentation

4. Reporting & Analysis

• Generate MIS reports on stock levels, consumption, and aging


• Highlight slow-moving or excess inventory for disposal planning


• Assist in budget forecasting based on material trends
