Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Store Executive to oversee daily store and hub operations within the Customer Service sector. This pivotal role ensures the seamless flow of order and shipment management while maintaining high standards of team coordination and documentation. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between logistics, riders, and the broader operational team, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end store and hub operations to ensure smooth daily workflows.
Coordinate with riders to optimize delivery schedules and resolve logistical challenges.
Oversee order processing and shipment management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all operational activities and inventory records.
Facilitate effective team coordination to align departmental goals and enhance productivity.
Utilize basic computer and email tools to support administrative tasks and reporting.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in store operations or logistics.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and email communication.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with documentation processes and maintaining accurate records.
Proven track record of coordinating teams and managing rider logistics.
Solid understanding of store/hub operations and order shipment management protocols.
