Become part of a venture capital-backed luxury lab-grown diamond jewelry brand as it grows from 7 to over 20 locations within the next year. In the role of Store Manager, you will oversee store operations, enhance sales performance, and cultivate a high-achieving team to facilitate swift retail expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer experience in Mumbai and Thane stores.
• Achieve sales targets through team coaching, performance tracking, and premium customer service.
• Manage a team of sales executives, handling recruitment, training, and motivation.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, loss prevention, and store security.
• Collaborate with regional leadership on expansion initiatives and store launches.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in retail management, preferably in luxury jewelry or fashion.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and team leadership.
• Strong customer focus, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
