Store Manager

• Manage inventory of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and mechanical materials
  


• Handle material receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, returns, and site transfers
  


• Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular stock verification, and prevent discrepancies and wastage.
  


• Manage GRNs, stock registers, material transfer records, and inventory reports through ERP systems
  


• Coordinate with Procurement and project teams for material planning, deliveries, and replenishment
  


• Supervise store staff, allocate daily activities, and ensure productivity and discipline
  


• Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, HSE compliance, and asset tracking
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
  


• 10-15 years of experience in MEP, Construction, Engineering, or Facility Management
  


• Strong experience handling HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV materials
  


• Proficiency in ERP/SAP/Tally/Odoo and MS Excel
  


• Knowledge of warehouse operations, stock auditing, material planning, and documentation
  


• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  


• Experience with barcode/QR-based inventory systems is an added advantage.
  


• Willingness to travel to project locations across India and UAE when required
