Position Overview:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for fashion and retail.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Performance Management:
Drive store sales by implementing effective sales strategies and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
Maintain awareness of current sales and promotions, as well as new product arrivals.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to deliver excellent customer service.
Conduct training and provide ongoing coaching to employees regarding product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
Set individual and team performance goals and ensure achievement through effective management and support.
Schedule shifts, manage payroll, and ensure adequate staffing levels based on store traffic and sales needs.
Customer Service Excellence:
Ensure the store provides a welcoming, helpful, and high-quality customer experience.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by leading by example and providing exceptional service.
Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation:
Oversee visual merchandising efforts to ensure product displays are attractive, up-to-date, and in line with company standards.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring all stock is neatly displayed and the store environment is visually appealing.
Inventory & Stock Management:
Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product ordering to ensure store is well-stocked.
Oversee product loss prevention and manage inventory audits to minimize shrinkage.
Monitor inventory turnover and make recommendations to optimize product offerings.
Operational & Administrative Duties:
Ensure compliance with all store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Manage store budget, expenses, and daily cash flow.
Ensure all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Perform administrative duties, such as reporting sales data, managing cash, and completing paperwork as needed.
