Store Manager- ICE CREAM

Job Responsibilities

• Raw Material & Packing Material Management: Oversee receipt, inspection, and storage of RM & PM; ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Inventory & Barcode System: Manage barcode-based inventory tracking in ERP/SAP; conduct periodic audits.
• Dispatch & Logistics: Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of finished goods; maintain cold chain compliance.
• Cold Room Operations: Manage temperature-sensitive storage, equipment maintenance, and quality checks.
• Process Compliance: Implement SOPs; ensure adherence to GMP, FSSAI, ISO standards; prepare for audits.
• MIS & Reporting: Generate and analyze inventory and stock movement reports; suggest cost optimization measures.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor store & dispatch teams; drive performance and training initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Graduate with a Diploma in Material Management / Supply Chain Management.
• 10–20 years of experience in stores & inventory management, preferably in FMCG, dairy, or ice cream industry.
• Proficiency in ERP/SAP (MM Module) and barcode inventory systems.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FSSAI, ISO standards, and cold chain logistics.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
