• Lead daily store operations with a focus on luxury service standards, visual merchandising, and inventory control.


• Drive sales growth through targeted staff training, personalized customer engagement, and conversion strategies aligned with brand ethos.


• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing retail teams that reflect the brand’s sophistication and guest-centric values.


• Ensure seamless client experience—from curated styling to post-purchase follow-up—elevating repeat loyalty and average ticket value.


• Manage P&L components including budget adherence, stock replenishment, and loss prevention with zero compromise on luxury presentation.


• Collaborate with regional and HQ teams to execute seasonal launches, promotions, and brand initiatives with flawless local execution.
