Experience

• 5–8 years in customer service, preferably in hospitality or retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end store operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.


• Lead and supervise the store team, including rostering and leave management.


• Achieve store sales targets and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).


• Coordinate with production, logistics, and tailoring teams for order fulfillment.


• Handle customer queries via email, phone, and in-store interactions.


• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and inventory records.


• Manage daily cash, bank transactions, and petty cash.


• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills.


• Leadership and team management abilities.


• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email.


• Knowledge of men's fashion, tailoring, garment alterations, and styling is an advantage.


• Bachelor's degree required.
