Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Management:

• Recruit, train, and manage store staff, including setting schedules and monitoring performance.
• Motivate and mentor the team to ensure high levels of productivity and customer service.
• Conduct regular team meetings, setting clear expectations and objectives.

1. Customer Service Excellence:

• Ensure an exceptional shopping experience by maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to build a loyal customer base.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve store reviews.

1. Sales & Performance Management:

• Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze sales data to develop strategies for improving store performance.
• Implement promotions and in-store events to boost traffic and sales.

1. Inventory & Merchandising Management:

• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Ensure accurate product display and maintain visual merchandising standards that align with brand guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and manage store replenishment needs.

1. Operational Efficiency:

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash management procedures.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, health and safety regulations, and brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers and staff.

1. Financial Management:

• Manage store budgets, controlling costs to optimize profitability.
• Review financial reports and prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze store expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives where possible.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in apparel or fashion.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software.
