Store Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Store Sales Executive with 1–2 years of relevant retail sales experience to deliver an excellent in-store shopping experience. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements.


• Recommend suitable products and provide accurate product information.


• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.


• Achieve individual and store sales targets.


• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.


• Upsell and cross-sell products wherever applicable.

Store Operations

• Ensure products are displayed attractively and shelves are well-stocked.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.


• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts.


• Coordinate with the warehouse or store team for stock availability.


• Handle billing support and payment coordination, if required.

Customer Support

• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.


• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, or product availability.


• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service.

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain daily sales records and customer information.


• Assist in preparing sales reports and stock reports.


• Support promotional activities, product launches, and in-store campaigns.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.


• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or store operations.


• Experience in furniture, home décor, lifestyle, retail, consumer goods, or similar industries will be preferred.
