Store Stylist - Multiple Locations

Role Responsibilities

Experience Required: 2–3 years

• Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.


• Analyze customer preferences and provide personalized apparel recommendations and styling solutions.


• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.


• Assist customers with product selection, styling, customization, and post-purchase support.


• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand guidelines.


• Coordinate customer orders, track delivery timelines, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.


• Manage daily store operations, including billing, inventory checks, and resolution of customer queries.


• Collaborate effectively with the store team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and service benchmarks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• ✅ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail, preferably in apparel or lifestyle segments.


• ✅ Prior experience in apparel retail is mandatory.


• ✅ Preference given to candidates with experience from luxury or premium fashion retail brands.


• ✅ Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.


• ✅ Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance.


• ✅ Passion for fashion, styling trends, and delivering premium, personalized customer experiences.


• ✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to detail.
