Scope of the role: 

The store in charge will manage the office supplies (both in-scope and out-scope) services vendors on behalf of Client to achieve high customer satisfaction and ensure the following:

Provide basic standard office supplies for use by Client employees, these supplies should be kept stocked in the Central Store designated by Client.

Ensure that the agreed-on supplies are always available in all the supply cabinets.

Ensure that the Central Stationery Store is stocked with agreed on merchandise and available for employees during regular business hours.

Provide all MIS to Client on a regular basis

Ensure FIFO methodology and check of Material In and going out.

Inventory Management monthly should be carried out.

Mastery in the field

You should have earned a diploma or degree in engineering, ideally, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. Having three to seven years of experience in facilities management will also prove indispensable. We’ll also expect you to work as a part of a diverse team in both leadership and individual contributor expertise.
