⢠Conduct quarterly business reviews with leadership teams.
⢠Develop multi-year partnership roadmaps.
⢠Ensure seamless implementation across all products.
⢠Monitor customer health and proactively address risks.
⢠Own commercial closure from proposal to payment.
⢠Ensure timely collections and contract renewals.
