Job Description - Strategic Partnerships Executive

ACE Money Transfer is a UK-based multinational company headquartered in Manchester, United Kingdom. ACE Money Transfer provides online remittance services to individuals in 28 countries across UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia enabling them to send money across border in over 100 countries.

ACE Money Transfer is looking to hire Strategic Partnerships Executive.

Job Summary:

The Strategic Partnerships Executive will hold a key role with regards to our company’s existing partners. These partner types could include Banks and Payment Processors. Strategic Partnerships Executive's main role will be to support with regards to the following: Lead Generation, Research and Analysis, Strategic Initiatives, Day to Day escalations, Dealing with existing partners related matters. This role is critical in maintaining quality relationships with our partners and maximizing our collaborations to their full potential.   

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Relationship Management
  • Address day-to-day inquiries and resolve escalations from banks, and payment processors.
  • Address day-to-day from internal stakeholders pertaining to our numerous partners.
  • Build and sustain high-quality, collaborative relationships with existing partners to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring a seamless flow of communication and rapid issue resolution.
Lead Generation & Strategic Research
  • Conduct research to identify lead generation opportunities within the existing partner ecosystem.
  • Analyse industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner needs to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Gather and interpret data to support targeted relationship strategies and recommend growth opportunities.
Strategic Initiatives & Growth Support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and execute initiatives that expand and strengthen partner relationships.
  • Participate in and contribute to strategic initiatives that align with the company's partnership goals.
  • Work with partners to maximize the potential of existing collaborations through tailored solutions and proactive engagement.
Reporting & Process Improvement
  • Monitor Partner KPIs and report on partnership performance metrics, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance processes and optimize the partner relationship experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of partner engagements, ensuring alignment with internal standards and objectives.

Qualifications:

BBA, MBA, IR, Engineering, Finance
